In addition, the NDP constitution officially recognizes, embraces and establishes a special "committee" devoted to LGBTQ ideology. On May 6, 2021, in her role as a Toronto Catholic District School Board Trustee, Ms. Li Preti shamefully voted in favour of three anti-Catholic motions, advanced by LGBT activists within the board, to use the TCDSB as a vehicle to promote the acceptance and celebration of homosexual lifestyles and LGBT ideologies to impressionable students. The motions, which ultimately passed, sought to proclaim June as gay "Pride Month" and to fly homosexual Pride flag at every Catholic school throughout June.

In 2020, Trustee Li Preti voted against the moral doctrine of her own professed Catholic Faith by supporting a similar proposal to celebrate, throughout the TCDSB, the homosexualist/transsexualist tumult known as "Pride Month".
